Pastor Eric Eide is a native Oregonian who grew up in Corvallis, attending First Christian Church where he was baptized and preached his first sermon.
He graduated from Northwest Christian University with a B.A. and received a Master of Divinity from Pacific School of Religion. Ordained in 2010, he has served congregations in Oregon, Northern California, and Virginia and done mission work in Mexico, Nicaragua, and Romania.
Pastor Eric also completed a seminary internship and a post-graduate residency at University of California San

Pastor Eric is short-statured, though he says that his condition is simply “being Eric.” He loves spending time with family and friends, and especially being “Uncle Eric” to his two nieces and nephew.
The heart of faith, Pastor Eric believes, is summed up in Jesus’ words to his disciples,
“Love one another as I have loved you.”
