Elders’ Meeting, First Monday - 7:00 p.m. (being held via ZOOM during Pandemic closures)
Senior Lunch Bunch, First Tuesday - Non
Prayer Shawl Group - Every Monday - 7 p.m.
Wednesday Community Dinner, Every Wednesday - 5:00-7:00 p.m.
Board Meeting, Second Monday - 6:00 p.m. (being held via ZOOM during Pandemic closures)
Women’s Discussion Group, Thursdays - 9:30-11:30 a.m.
Grief Support Group, Third Thursday - 6:00 p.m.
Fifth-Sunday-of-the-Month Potluck - after worship, held in the multi-purpose room unless otherwise announced.
Each Sunday morning, the Communion-Centered Worship Service begins at 10. Second hour classes are held the Sunday following Oktoberfest n September 22nd after a summer break and will continue through the end of May.

Palm Sunday has taken on a truly ecumenical feel in Silverton. A "walk" begins at our church, sometimes includes a Methodist mule, always includes palm fronds, and music. The main service is generally held at Immanuel Lutheran Church on Oak Street (10:30).
Maundy Thursday Service - the Thursday just prior to Easter. The Elder team provides a service for all that is focused on "the last supper."
Easter Sunday - "Fundraiser/Donation" Breakfast served in the multi-purpose room at 9:00 and worship with our regular weekly Open Communion at 10:00.
September - during Mt. Angel's Oktoberfest, FCC has a booth serving delicious sandwiches, O'Fest Sausage and Snow Cones. In 2017, FCC ranked #5 in highest sales! This is our major fundraiser and funds go to the maintenance on our facility.
First Weekend in November - Holiday Bazaar
Thanksgiving - Sunday before - the Community has an ecumenical service at our church followed by a pie social.
Oregon Symphony Pops Gospel Christmas Program at the Schnizter in Portland. 2nd Sunday in December (2pm) A new tradition - those who purchase tickets ride on a chartered school bus from Silverton to/from Portland.
Christmas Eve Service - 9PM candlelight service of music, readings, and the story of Christ's birth; Open Communion
